10 Daily affirmations for self-love and acceptance challenge


Will you join me on a 30 day challenge for self-love and acceptance? I decided to do this for myself because I know I need it and would like to share with all of you 🙂

I’ve heard that whatever you think about you start to become/believe that about yourself. So what if you told yourself uplifting and positive things about yourself for 30 days. I believe if you keep up with it you will form these beliefs about yourself. I have created a list myself that you can use or if you want to make any changes you can create your own list!


The reason I choose 30 days is because I have learned that it takes at least 30 days to form a habit. At the end of the 30 days I encourage you to answer these questions, whether you ask yourself in a quite place or write it down if you like to journal and see if there were any changes in the way you think.

Here are a few questions you can ask yourself and reflect on at the end of this:

“Do you think more positively now?” “Did you finally do or accomplish that thing you’ve been wanting to do?” “What do you believe about yourself?”

I would love nothing more than to hear from those of you who choose to do this challenge, I believe there is strength in numbers and would love to share your stories!
